Eligibility

The Europe by Air Flight Passes are available to citizens and permanent residents of non-European countries.  Tickets must be purchased prior to leaving China (Hong Kong & Macau).  Passengers may travel to/from Europe on any participating carriers.


Flight Pass Routings
 

-	Flight Passes are applies for the domestic and trans-border flights within Europe on any participating carriers. Routes are listed here.
-	Only specified flights operated and marketed by the participating airlines are valid, ie code-shared flights are not valid except where specifically stated otherwise.
-	There are no minimum nor maximum coupon purchase requirements, and no mileage or zone calculations.

Flight Pass Reservations

Make bookings for all carriers in your CRS. Clients' PNR must include the following OSIs to all relevant airlines at the time of making reservation:

Note that for same-day connections between two airlines, passengers must clear customs and enter the transit country so they can pay taxes for the second flight landside, since the airlines do not have sales/ticket desks in the transit area - check if your clients require visas.

Depending on seasonal demand, some airlines will send an SSR or Vendor Remark requesting ticket numbers within 24 hours of making the reservation. Contact Europe by Air for arrangements to facilitate this requirement. 

Taxes

Taxes/surcharges are not included in the cost of the FlightPass.  Passengers are required to pay all applicable taxes/surcharges at the airline ticket sales counter prior to check-in. The same taxes/surcharges apply to the FlightPass as to traditional tickets.

Minimum: nil
Maximum: 120 days.

Not applicable.

Ticketing

Tickets must be issued by Europe by Air office with valided Europe by Air paper documents. Once coupons have been received in your office, an SSR or OSI must be entered to all relevant airlines with the Europe By Air FlightPass ticket numbers, eg:

Failure to do so may result in your client's booking being cancelled


Changes

FlightPass coupons cannot be changed, revalidated or reissued if flight details have been entered on the coupon. Name changes are not permitted under any circumstances.


Refunds

Once purchased, all FlightPasses are non-refundable.   Unused, lost, stolen or destroyed coupons CANNOT be replaced or refunded. 

 
Passenger Briefing

Passengers should reconfirm their bookings directly with the carrier concerned in Europe at least 72 hours prior to departure.  Passengers must also allow enough time to pay for applicable taxes at the carrier's airport ticket counter prior to check-in.  We recommend at least 2 hours prior to departure, but be guided by the airline's recommendation when reconfirming the flights.
